Sophy® provides Berberine Phytosome®, an advanced formulation developed to improve the bioavailability of berberine compared to standard extracts.
Berberine is a natural alkaloid traditionally derived from plants such as Berberis aristata. In its phytosome form, berberine is combined with phospholipids to enhance absorption and consistency of intake.
Scientific studies have investigated the potential applications of Berberine Phytosome® in various fields, including women’s health and metabolic balance (see references below).
Take 1 to 2 tablets per day.
